Senior Program Manager -TEMENOS And FLEXCUBE

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee our operations in Qatar. This is an opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to our strategic goals within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in program management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management.
• Strong background with TEMENOS and FLEXCUBE platforms.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
