Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design efforts across multi-domain, hybrid, and multi-vendor environments, collaborating with sales, delivery teams, and global SMEs to craft solutions that balance strategy, cost, performance, and long-term sustainability.
- Manage presales leadership activities, including responding to RFPs and RFIs, presenting architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and contributing detailed HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, BOMs, and scopes of work that clearly communicate solution intent and delivery expectations.
- Ensure governance and architecture assurance, validating solution integrity, and contributing reusable architectural frameworks for the Qatar region.
Requirements
- 10–18 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud/infrastructure design, or enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on background designing solutions across data center & virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix), cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, hybrid models), and networking & security fundamentals.
- Proven ability to produce HLDs, LLDs, architectural blueprints, and detailed design artifacts.
Architecture & Presales Skills
- Solid presales experience including workshops, PoCs, client presentations, and RFP responses.
- Ability to articulate business value and technical differentiators in a clear and compelling way.
Consulting & Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, especially with senior IT decision-makers.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Highly preferred certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP/VCAP, CCNP/CCDP, TOGAF, or related credentials.
