Your future role:
- Act as a subject matter expert in business process transformation, working with global clients to develop cutting-edge, industry-leading solutions.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end transformation engagements across key process areas such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report.
- Review business processes for risk, test associated control mechanisms, and identify potential gaps.
- Evaluate processes and internal regulations, ensuring their alignment with market best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Assess the internal control environment and support the development of control methodologies.
- Facilitate client workshops, lead stakeholder conversations, and present strategic recommendations.
- Manage workstreams and mentor junior team members in complex transformation projects.
- Contribute to PwC’s thought leadership on emerging trends in Business Process and Process Risk Management technologies.
- Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client pitches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industry or consulting, with exposure to international business process transformation projects.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
- Familiarity with internal control environments and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
- Exposure to process risk technologies such as Workiva, SAP Signavio, Webcon, SAP GRC Suite (PC, RAM).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently towards objectives and goals.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Shared Service Center or Global Business Services environments is a plus.
- Prior consulting experience, especially in Process Technology integration or implementation, is advantageous.
