About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing new products and services through various releases on Oracle Siebel Open UI, Mass Market, and EBU CRM. Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and implement new products and services through different releases on Oracle Siebel Open UI, Mass Market, and EBU CRM to meet business requirements.
- Lead and manage development team resources (the company or third-party) in Agile projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, in alignment with domain manager.
- Supervise the assignment and progress of Product Backlog Items (PBIs) within the team.
- Lead the assessment of requirements relating to Open UI impacts for standard business projects.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and design guidance as provided by the domain manager.
- Prepare necessary Request for Changes (RFCs) and Change Requests for Service Management according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Collaborate closely with the Scrum master and product manager for sprint and deployment planning.
- Train new team members on existing technical frameworks and functionalities.
- Support test teams and business product managers during testing phases of releases.
- Assist in deployment activities, including writing deployment guides and raising RFCs.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement capability enhancements.
- Report and highlight any risks or issues in design and build to the CRM Domain manager.
- Support the operations team in analyzing issues reported in the live environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent with relevant software development experience.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in product and solution development within the telecommunications industry or at a technology vendor focused on telecommunications.
- Completion of the Siebel Open UI Foundation Course is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Siebel Open UI user interface and architecture, and understanding of the Open UI "manifest" and its administration.
- Knowledge of presentation models and client-side logic application.
- Understanding of physical renderers and the Siebel mobile interface in both connected and disconnected modes.
- Ability to administer Siebel Open UI customizations, including themes, cascading style sheets, and Open UI desktop applications.
- Proficiency in debugging when necessary.
- Capability to administer and implement application-wide customizations.
- Ability to write code utilizing the Siebel Open UI JSAPI for form and list applet customizations.
- Ideally, completion of the Siebel Open UI Advanced JavaScript API Course.
