Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, quality assurance, and operations to define project requirements, scope, and priorities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the team.
- Act as a technical advisor, providing insights and recommendations on software architecture, design patterns, and implementation approaches.
- Software development of mobile communication solutions with a tactical focus on platform level and device management.
- Drive the development and execution of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Implement software development processes and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Act as an agile ambassador, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in software development.
- Strong technical background in software engineering principles.
- Solid track record in software development in embedded Linux and mobile platforms.
- Experience in symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, OSI layers, and protocols.
