Solution Engineering Internship

The Microsoft Erada Internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications and skills, alongside on-the-job training, including mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and real-life scenario assignments. As a Solution Engineer intern, you will engage with customers under the guidance of experienced peers, contributing to technical wins and preparing one-way presentations. This role provides an opportunity to shadow customer interactions and learn to build product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of product strategy based on customer feedback.
• Engage with customers, supported by coaching, to enhance understanding and product knowledge.
• Conduct research on customer context to develop foundational awareness and assist in demonstrations of specific Microsoft products.
• Familiarize yourself with available resources and promote internal team readiness.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Qatari nationality and legally authorized to work in Qatar.
• Fluency in English.
