Tasks

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in innovative areas like Space Tech.
• Translate high-level strategic visions into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities to attract institutional backing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
• Possess a high-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and a strong drive for end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
