SR. CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (OFFSHORE)

About the Role
The role involves providing technical design and engineering services in Civil/Structural Engineering (Offshore) for all assigned engineering projects. The focus is on achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with the company's procedures, while also considering the aspects of quality, schedule, cost, and health, safety, and environment (HSE).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering projects aligning with technical standards in Civil/Structural Engineering (Offshore).
• Ensure compliance with the company's procedures and specifications.
• Manage engineering projects by effectively balancing time, cost, and quality within a multiple project environment.
• Maintain effective communication and presentation skills to report project progress and challenges.

Required Experience and Skills

• 10 years of relevant post-graduate experience, with at least 6 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding and application of engineering standards and codes related to Civil/Structural Engineering (Offshore).
• Proven abilities in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
