Technical Architect Responsibilities
- Design Technical Architecture (application, security, and infrastructure).
- Define a progressive roadmap.
- Guide and support the development team on how to implement it progressively.
- Gather business requirements to define non-functional requirements.
- Validate technical feasibility with stakeholders and work together.
- Code Review and ensure code quality.
- Evaluate performance and support to optimize.
- Proof of Concept development of new tech stack.
- Support to implement DevSecOps / CI/CD.
- Define detailed Data Model.
- Work together with architects, dev, infra, and security teams.
- Working in an Agile Methodology.
- Evaluate and define technology stack.
- Document developer guidelines and best practices.
- Identify and manage technical risk and technical debt.
- Support developers in using GitHub Copilot or other AI developer tools.
Technical Architect Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in the field of software development with at least 1 year of experience in a technical architecture role.
- Experience with enterprise software architecture, including service-oriented and microservices.
- At least 10 years of experience working in Java or Kotlin.
- At least 7 years of experience working with PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS cloud platform.
- At least 2 years of experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Angular.
- At least 1 year of experience working with NodeJS or Python.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Branching strategies, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Experience in upgrading, modernization, migration, performance optimization.
- Proficient in documentation and diagram creation using UML and the C4 model, with experience in developing AWS architecture, data flow, and threat modelling diagrams.
- Experience in using GitHub Copilot or other AI developer tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced written and communication English (C1).
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus.
