Job Responsibilities
- Provide all technical support for engineering disciplines related to potential investments, determining the different phases, scope, budget, quality, and time.
- Support the Investment Implementation Department for all procurement, investment control functions, and commercial aspects of investment.
- Provide technical inputs to HQ and site organizations in accordance with contract terms and advise on necessary measures for the performance of the works.
- Represent the organization in all technical matters with clients and third parties, making statements and representations during negotiations.
- Provide technical, operational, and managerial leadership for successful development and implementation of investments.
- Oversee implementations of investments to ensure alignment with original plans and forecasts.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for operations performance to ensure efficient and timely task completion.
- Manage communication and requirements of key stakeholders, mainly the client, Joint Venture members (if any), and leading entities for all technical matters.
- Ensure technical activities operate within policies and procedures and comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
- Accountable for investment budget and baseline development for technical inputs.
- Contribute to the decision-making cycle through preparing consolidated reports and addressing specific challenges, risks, and mitigations related to technical matters.
- Collaborate with functional managers during development, implementation, and operation phases in HQ and site organizations.
- Review and approve all design activities of investments.
- Manage risks of all investments related to technical matters to avoid delays or reputational damage.
- Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.
Job Knowledge & Skills
- Extensive experience with a proven track record of managing technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of related technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in the energy and utility industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, are required for success in this role.
Job Experience
- Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 10 years in a relevant management or leadership position.
- 5 years of experience in GCC and Central Asia is a plus.

Education
- Master’s degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
