This role is expected to influence and contribute to solution design and application architecture for projects within assigned business units, ensuring alignment with requirements agreed upon by both external and internal customers. Responsibilities include gathering requirements (including non-functional), conducting solution design and interface control reviews, technical architecture reviews, unit test reviews, and supporting test scenario generation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with NFR testing and software delivery quality assurance, as well as identifying and adopting new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance business automation and meet evolving needs.
Your duties would include:
- Maintain the eCommerce and Digital roadmap.
- Align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational needs.
- Lead integration design between eCommerce platform and ERP systems.
- Drive API and middleware strategy.
- Resolve cross-system process and data issues.
- Lead Agile squads and coordinate vendors.
- Manage backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles.
- Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Review solution designs and integration patterns.
- Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability; enforce architectural standards.
- Manage SaaS vendors and integration partners.
- Ensure platform stability and service availability.
- Monitor production KPIs and SLAs.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years’ experience working in large-scale development and systems integration projects in a senior team member capacity.
- Experience in leading small teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Experience managing large projects spread across different geographies.
- Strong experience working with Retail and eCommerce systems that involve integrations with PIM, DAM, CMS, CDP, and CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of Product Catalogue, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout, Order Management, Returns, Fulfilment, Click & Collect, Home Delivery, Loyalty, Gift Cards, Marketplace and Omnichannel capabilities.
- Expertise in integrating eCommerce platforms with Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O, Inventory, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain systems.
- Experience with ETL tools like Apache Nifi, Apache Camel, and API-based integration.
- Proficient in Node.JS, Next JS, and React frameworks.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys from browse-to-buy, fulfilment, invoicing, returns, and settlement processes.
- Knowledge of APIs, Middleware, Event-Driven Architecture, ESB, Microservices, Integration Patterns, and Data Synchronization.
- Experience with product master data, taxonomy, attributes, digital assets, content governance, and product onboarding.
- Understanding of usability, personalization, search, recommendations, customer journeys, and digital experience optimization.
- Knowledge of platforms such as BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CMS, DAM, CDP, and Search platforms.
- Familiarity with digital KPIs, conversion funnels, customer analytics, BI reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, PCI-DSS, GDPR, data privacy, authentication, authorization, and secure integration principles.
- Experience in SIT/UAT planning, automation strategy, performance testing, and release governance.
- Experience managing SaaS vendors, cloud integrations, SLAs, service management, operational support, DevOps, release management, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery models.
