The Technical Officer - Electrical is responsible for ensuring the serviceability of all equipment and systems within the department. Key responsibilities include implementing improvement proposals to enhance infrastructure for better performance and reduced maintenance costs, executing preventive, corrective, and improvement works timely and safely without hindering airport operations, supervising and monitoring operations and maintenance activities carried out by maintenance contractors as per ORACLE schedules, conducting quality assurance audits on electrical assets and preparing required reports, leading and supervising a team of electrical supervisors in daily activities such as preventive maintenance and audits, raising ORACLE requisitions for necessary spares and services within budget, supporting the development of technical scopes of work and specifications for in-house electrical engineering projects in coordination with the Electrical Engineer or Line Manager, inspecting completed works by external vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations, preparing and reviewing electrical work methods in coordination with contractors and the Permit To Work (PTW) team to ensure safe execution, monitoring spare part usage to ensure uninterrupted services, and keeping updated technical information of electrical assets while regularly monitoring asset performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Without a Degree: High School/Vocational Qualification/Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
- With a Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical experience in maintenance, installation, modification, testing, and commissioning of electrical engineering systems, preferably in substations.
- Experience supervising operations and maintenance activities as per ORACLE schedules.
- Delivering quality assurance audits and thorough inspections on electrical and fire life safety assets.
- Experience in airport, large commercial facilities, or five-star hotel environments is preferred.
