Responsibilities
- Works with account and marketing teams to shape strategic win and customer success plans, tailoring Microsoft messaging to the audience.
- Captures core competitive knowledge and relays it to product and engineering teams.
- Monitors internal tech community posts and acts as a mentor in their technology area.
- Engages with customers, leading technical discussions and ensuring customer success.
- Supports partner technical capacity and engages in partner sell-with scenarios.
- Presents architectural patterns to partners or customers, overseeing demonstrations of products, services, and integration capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, OR
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, OR equivalent experience.
Additional Qualifications
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure).
- 4+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, including architecture designs and migrations.
- 6+ years of technical pre-sales, consulting, or technology delivery experience, OR equivalent experience.
