About the Role
Lead and execute commissioning activities for various systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Environment Monitoring Systems, PAGA, VHF/UHF Communication Systems, Networking, and OTN systems, ensuring alignment with approved procedures and project requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Performing system configuration, functional testing, integration, and interface checks for seamless operation between Telecom, ELV, and other project systems.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to system functionality, communication, networking, hardware, software, and system integration during commissioning activities.
- Conducting inspections and testing activities to verify that installations and system performance adhere to approved drawings, specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Preparing and maintaining essential commissioning documentation such as test reports, punch lists, inspection records, as-built documentation, and system handover dossiers in collaboration with the project team and client.
- Coordinating with engineering, construction, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure timely completion of all commissioning activities.

Requirements
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Telecom and ELV system commissioning, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry, with exposure to both Onshore and Offshore projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in commissioning, testing, configuration, and integration of CCTV, Access Control, Environment Monitoring, PAGA, VHF/UHF, Networking, and OTN systems.
- Good knowledge of pertinent industry standards, project specifications, commissioning procedures, testing requirements, and HSE requirements applicable to Oil & Gas projects.
- Must have a valid TBOSIET & H2S certification.
