We are seeking a Transaction Banking IT Project Manager to oversee our Qatar operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking technology project management, particularly within the realms of transaction and digital banking.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10–15 years in banking technology project management.
- Strong exposure to transaction banking, digital banking, and migration programs.
- Prior experience managing large-scale implementation or migration projects in banking is preferred.

Role Responsibilities
- Drive complex banking technology and digital transformation projects with a strong focus on transaction banking platforms like OBDX and related corporate banking systems.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies, leading activities such as migration planning, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
- Ensure sound understanding of digital migration, system integration, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and end-to-end project delivery in banking environments.
- Utilize your PMP certification to apply strong project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
- Collaborate effectively with business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and that they align with business objectives.
