Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex transaction banking projects, focusing on the implementation and transformation of digital banking platforms, including OBDX and related corporate banking systems.
- Oversee legacy system migration to new digital platforms, incorporating data migration strategies, migration planning, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives, completed on time and within scope.
- Administer project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control while providing reports to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate vendor management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure comprehensive support during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live phases.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in banking technology project management.
- Proven expertise in transaction banking, digital banking, and migration programs with a focus on large-scale implementations.
- Strong background in the following areas:
- Transaction Banking and Corporate Banking Systems
- OBDX / Digital Banking Platforms
- Legacy System Migration and Digital Migration
- Data Migration, Reconciliation, and Cutover Planning
- Business Analysis and Requirement Management
- Project Planning, Governance, Risk, and Issue Management
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management
- SIT, UAT, Production Deployment, and Post-Go-Live Support
Skills Required
- PMP-Certified Project Management expertise.
- Deep understanding of banking technology transformation processes.

- Ideally, candidates should be able to join within 2 weeks, with a maximum timeframe of 1 month.
