Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and migration of transaction banking systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover planning, and post-migration stabilization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and compliance to deliver projects on time and to specifications.
- Lead vendor management, ensuring effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Implement project governance and manage risks, issues, and change controls throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and requirement management to ensure project outcomes meet stakeholder needs.
- Facilitate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support processes.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in banking technology project management.
- Strong exposure to transaction banking and digital banking frameworks, particularly OBDX and related corporate banking systems.
- Proven track record of managing complex banking technology and digital transformation projects.
- Prior experience in handling large-scale implementation or migration projects is preferred.
