Position

This position reports to the Local/Hub Division Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service in compliance with service procedures.
  • Identify and address system and user problems arising from customers with short notice.
  • Build strong relationships with customers; identify and establish relationships with potential customers, understand customer needs, and transform/develop them into business opportunities.
  • Perform Robotics System Preventive or Corrective Maintenance.
  • Execute Robot and PLC logic programming, testing, troubleshooting, and RobotStudio simulation.
  • Communicate analytically with the R&D team of ABB to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Provide product training to customers.
  • Collaborate with service sales to support customers on system and product inquiries.
  • Perform sales of preventive or corrective maintenance contracts and spare parts to end users.

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in an automation environment.
  • Experience in robotics is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
  • Good command of English and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer coordination is preferred.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks and functions, working effectively with minimal supervision.

Language Requirements:

  • Strong command of English is required.
