Responsibilities
- Administrating and Operating Network Security Devices
- Maintain expert knowledge of security technologies, leading the delivery of process and system improvements, driving implementation of continuous improvement plans and ensuring best practices are shared across the team.
- Continuous identification, enhancement, and improvement of un-utilized features in current security solution to maximum value
- Design and architect of security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Problem-solving skills for quickly uncovering and fixing network and security flaws
- Ensure security solutions patched and up to date
- Identify gaps and opportunities as part of continuous improvement to ensure high standards of security and performance.
- Lead a team of network security engineers
Qualifications
At least 6+ years of Security experience in the following technologies/fields:
- Next Generation Firewall experience (like Cisco FTD, PaloAlto)
- Intrusion protection/detection systems
- Web Application Firewall
- Load Balancer (e.g. F5 LTM)
- Cisco ISE
- Database Security (e.g. Imperva, IBM Guardium)
- Proxy solution and email gateway.
- Packet capture and analysis methodologies.
Preference would be given to candidates with certifications like CISSP, CCIE-Sec, F5, SANS.
