About the Job
We are seeking a Solution Architect specializing in Telecom OSS & BSS to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of BSS Architecture, including service delivery for Telcos. You will have a proven track record of leading transformation programs in the Customer and Billing domains to improve the customer experience and facilitate channel or front office transformation.

In this role, you will lead digital transformation initiatives for Telcos, focusing extensively on the BSS stack to enhance customer experience and expedite time to market. You should have a strong understanding of Catalogue-centric architecture, as well as implementation and management of enterprise products such as IPVPN, SDWAN, and VPBX.

You will also be responsible for defining KPIs from various perspectives—revenue, process, IT/network, regulatory, and customer—during both pre-launch and post-launch phases of new product implementations. A deep knowledge of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, including Hansen, Ericsson Order Care, and Salesforce, is crucial for this position.

The role requires the ability to analyze business requirements and create detailed system designs for comprehensive CRM/RMS solutions covering customer & account management, rating, billing, credit limit management, as well as payment and collection management for both residential and enterprise customers.

Your responsibilities will extend to program management of CRM/Billing implementations, coordinating with diverse stakeholders for business reporting and project management. Additionally, you will need experience in OSS, a solid understanding of mobile telecommunications networking technologies (including RAN, Core, IP Transport/SDN, Fibre, Broadband), and familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure implementations.

Strong consultative skills are a must to accurately capture stakeholder needs and define technical requirements. The successful candidate will have significant experience in project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.

The role also entails proficiency with service management tools like BMC Remedy, network monitoring tools, and experience in handling alarms from NMS/EMS systems. You should demonstrate problem-solving expertise and have excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with a strong customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of BSS and OSS architecture and service delivery for Telcos.
  • Proven experience in leading transformation programs in the customer and billing domains.
  • Strong background in digital transformation initiatives within Telecoms, especially in the BSS stack.
  • Extensive knowledge of billing COTS products.
  • Experience in data handling techniques and automation.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure, Telco Cloud (VNF/CNF), and associated vendors.
  • Excellent consultative skills and ability to accurately define technical requirements.
