Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy/Enterprise Architect Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, leaders must confidently reinvent their organizations to boost resilience, mitigate risk, and drive sustainable growth. As part of the Strategy & Consulting division, you will collaborate with a diverse group of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformations and create new kinds of value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems that lead to strategic insights.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology based on assessment activities.
- Independently manage small engagements or streams of work across all delivery components, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivered, team management, and financial outcomes.
- Identify and nurture business opportunities, supporting efforts with clients until successful sale closure.
- Collaborate with clients and within Accenture to align business and technology priorities.
- Develop thought leadership assets that present innovative insights, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on relevant technology strategy domains.
- Engage with senior management to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in for alternate approaches.
Key Skills
- Strong data-driven consulting skills with a focus on business and technology value architecting.
- Ability to lead team efforts at client sites or within Accenture independently.
- Experience and understanding of core technology strategy offerings, including IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, and cloud.
- Background in technology advisory and/or implementation.
- Experience across multiple industries, preferred experience in Banking, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, or Government.
- Proactive acquisition of business knowledge beyond technical roles, such as an MBA.
External Hire Archetype
- Minimum 3-7 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
- Proven consulting experience or strong in-house IT & Digital strategy/enterprise architecture experience.
- Arabic speaking is a must, and fluency in English is required.
