User Experience Design Analyst

As a User Experience Design Analyst at Accenture Song in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in creating experiences that are not only meaningful and productive but also transformative. Our mission is to enhance daily life through innovative design practices. You will work closely with a diverse team to ensure our digital solutions communicate clearly and effectively delight users. Your contributions will include developing design systems, creating mood boards, concept sketches, and collaborating with various teams to align on project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work communicates clearly, remains on brand, and enhances user satisfaction.
• Articulate design decisions effectively and provide constructive design feedback.
• Define and create flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with design, technology, and project management teams to align creative, strategic, and project goals.
• Generate design materials such as mood boards, presentation decks, style guides, and storyboards under the guidance of the project’s Creative Lead.
• Understand brand strategies and the organizational dynamics of assigned brands, translating brand identities to digital experiences.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Recent graduates from a digital design background.
• Proficiency in standard design applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Sketch, InVision); experience with video editing, motion graphics, and prototyping software is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design experience, particularly in mobile and touch applications.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to incorporate feedback from the Creative Lead to iterate on designs.
• Basic understanding of technical implications across various platforms (native, hybrid, and HTML).
