We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operation Transformation Program Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of network operation transformations for our world-class Communications Service Provider (CSP). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing network operation transformation plans, driving them to fulfillment, and delivering measurable value as evidenced by business, operational, and customer experience indicators. This role requires extensive experience in leading similar transformations within large CSPs and the ability to deliver results that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive operation transformation plans tailored to the needs of our CSP, aligning with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
- Design and Presentation: Design innovative network operation transformation plans and present them effectively to stakeholders, demonstrating clear value propositions and benefits.
- Execution Leadership: Lead the execution of the transformation plan from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving initiatives to realization.
- Value Realization: Drive the implementation of transformation initiatives to achieve tangible value, as evidenced by measurable improvements in business performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Experience in Large CSPs: Leverage past experience in executing similar transformation initiatives within large CSPs to inform decision-making and overcome challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in, ensure alignment, and drive successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the progress and impact of the transformation program, continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the transformation process and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
- Strategizing AI/ML Initiatives: Develop and lead innovative AI/ML strategies that align with the company's overall transformation goals in the telecom sector.
- Data Management and Analysis: Ensure the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to inform AI/ML models while maintaining data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and telecom technologies, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven track record of building and executing operation transformation plans for world-class CSPs, with demonstrated results in delivering measurable value.
- Extensive experience in designing and presenting network operation transformation plans, focusing on driving business, operational, and customer experience improvements.
- Experience working within large CSPs, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complexity and uncertainty to drive results.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of effectively managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of operation transformation digitization frameworks and digital maturity models.
