Job Description:
Are you a seasoned engineering leader with a passion for AI and a track record of building innovative products? As the Chief Technology Officer with a focus on AI at AI71, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge solutions that redefine industries and create transformative impact.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and communicate the company's long-term technology vision, roadmap, and architecture.
• Oversee all aspects of the technology department, including software development, infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the company's technology stack and infrastructure.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and business stakeholders, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage the technology budget and resource allocation effectively.
