Akkodis is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support current telecom clients in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will participate in the operations (RUN phase) and delivery (BUILD Phase where needed) of client solutions to end customers. Working alongside Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, R&D department, and other DelOps members, the engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the mission.

RUN Phase Project:
- Provide technical support for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid services.
- Design and implement changes into the systems.
- Maintain and enhance internal tools to improve service industrialization.
- Provide technical guidance for new services and consolidated technical analyses.
- Lead the optimization of service reliability, performance, and security.
- Offer technical direction for high-risk customer SLA changes.
- Conduct knowledge ramp-up for the Tier II Support team.
- Manage performance and track critical supply/demand metrics.
- Participate in the preparation and review of technical documentation.
- Maintain all technical documentation up to date.
- Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation.
BUILD Phase Project:
- Install and configure solutions on hardware or VMware.
- Integrate solutions with customer backend/core network elements.
- Write technical documentation and assist development during projects.
- Execute acceptance test plans with customers.
- Write the Operation and Maintenance Guide (OMG).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecom, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Mandatory Skills:
- Unix systems: Basic Linux experience (1 year) and knowledge of basic commands (ps, netstat, rsync, netcat, umask).
- Shell, Python, or Perl scripting: Ability to read and understand basic scripts.

- Network: Understanding of IPv4, routing, and ability to configure static routes.
- SQL: Ability to write queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE) and perform table joins.
