Position
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, ideally having served as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect, alongside proven pre-sales experience within the software development realm.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of software development projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
- Utilize experience as a lead developer to create scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.
- Engage with clients to translate their business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system integration strategies and technical blueprints.
Presales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and develop customized software development proposals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) that showcase the value of proposed solutions.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and other client inquiries with comprehensive and competitive solutions.
Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on software development, project management, and integration strategies.
Project Management:
- Leverage project management experience to oversee successful project deliveries, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Presales professional, particularly in Software Development.
- Proven experience as a lead developer with a strong coding and system design background.
- Solid project management experience with a history of successfully managing software development projects.
- Minimal experience with Salesforce along with the ability to integrate and propose solutions involving the platform.
- Familiarity with SAP integration in software solutions is highly valuable, though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to create competitive and innovative offers aligned with client needs.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
