- Team: Disputes & Investigations (“D&I”) team
- Team Focus: Forensic Accounting and Investigations, Dispute Advisory, and Forensic Technology Services
- Opportunity: Analyst and Associate levels within the Cayman Islands Disputes and Investigations team
- Critical Capabilities:
- Assist clients and internal teams with eDiscovery support on various projects
- Collaborate with the team to implement efficient workflows and mitigate risks
- Communicate proactively with team members regarding project updates and challenges
- Ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed and perform quality control checks
- Assist with electronic data discovery collection efforts
- Utilize Relativity and similar eDiscovery tools
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Core Qualifications:
- Experience with databases and knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of eDiscovery methodology and best practices
- Technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Experience with Relativity administrative functions
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Training and/or certifications from industry organizations or vendors
