    • Position: eDiscovery & Digital Investigations Analyst/Associate
    • Location: Cayman Islands
    • Company: Alvarez & Marsal (“A&M”)
    • Services Offered: Operational & Financial Restructuring, Transaction Advisory, Performance Improvement, Valuations, and Disputes & Investigation Services
    • Team: Disputes & Investigations (“D&I”) team
    • Team Focus: Forensic Accounting and Investigations, Dispute Advisory, and Forensic Technology Services
    • Opportunity: Analyst and Associate levels within the Cayman Islands Disputes and Investigations team
  • Critical Capabilities:
    • Assist clients and internal teams with eDiscovery support on various projects
    • Collaborate with the team to implement efficient workflows and mitigate risks
    • Communicate proactively with team members regarding project updates and challenges
    • Ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed and perform quality control checks
    • Assist with electronic data discovery collection efforts
    • Utilize Relativity and similar eDiscovery tools
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Core Qualifications:
    • Experience with databases and knowledge of SQL
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Understanding of eDiscovery methodology and best practices
    • Technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
    • Experience with Relativity administrative functions
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Training and/or certifications from industry organizations or vendors
    • Flexibility to travel
