Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of early career solution architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and success.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture, providing technical leadership and guidance to your team.
- Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating understanding and buy-in across the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business and technical challenges, identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, and drive the development of creative solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encourage knowledge sharing, skill development, and the adoption of best practices to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise IT application experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- 4+ years of experience in technology solutions development and advancing end-to-end technology roadmaps guiding IT transformations toward cloud computing.
- Demonstrable experience coaching and developing teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
