Are you obsessed about customers, passionate about working with data, and eager to make broad business impact? The Delivery Experience team is looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer who will play a critical role in shaping and executing DEX initiatives within the MENA region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business metrics, mining data to uncover consumer insights and business opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive the business. Your success will significantly impact improving customer experience in MENA.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis. You should have a passion for delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders, blending advanced reporting with strong critical thinking and project management skills.
