Position

We are seeking a driven IT Support Manager to join our Fulfillment & Operations IT team at Amazon. This role is crucial in ensuring that our busy Fulfillment Centers, which operate 24/7, run smoothly. You will be responsible for resolving complex hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues that impact our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IT maintenance and troubleshooting in accordance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • Lead the coordination of trouble tickets and change management while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee IT project management, ensuring effective reporting and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget throughout its lifecycle, while supporting IT skill development of Fulfillment Center staff.
  • Manage staff scheduling and inspire continuous improvement initiatives within the IT team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Familiarity with core internet technologies (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, etc.).
  • Experience with CISCO, Unix/Linux, and Microsoft Windows system support.
  • Previous help desk or technical support experience.
  • ITIL and Prince2 certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience in procurement, inventory, and asset management of IT equipment.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred.
