Position

As an IT Support Associate, you will support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities across various technical disciplines. The position promotes continuous learning and career development opportunities.

Location: Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Full-time, with shifts lasting up to 12 hours. Physical abilities required include moving up to 49lbs, standing, and walking. Travel within the local or regional area to support customers may be necessary.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
  • Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
  • Assist in training new hires.
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technologies.
  • Support customers from multiple buildings, as well as remote customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate setting supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
