As part of our Corporate IT (CIT) group, we are undergoing a major transformation to focus on customer experience and end-user support. We seek a Workstation Technical Support Analyst to provide support for the systems, services, and tools used by Visa staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software for workstations, mobile wireless devices, voice and video equipment, and end-user solutions like Office 365.
  • Provide 2nd level support for escalated workstation and mobile-related issues.
  • Support incidents, manage voice and video conferencing requests, and ensure all equipment is functioning.
  • Collect information from end users to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain incident records using ITSM Ticketing tools, such as Service Now.
  • Install and provision workstations and telephony hardware/software as required.
  • Maintain the asset database and ensure accurate recording/updating of deployed assets.
  • Collaborate with other support groups for incident resolution and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA).
  • Strong experience in customer service, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to users of varying technical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 10, MS Office 365, OSX, iOS, and Android.
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, printers, and voice/video hardware/software.

Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Work Conditions:
Full-time, Hybrid (days in office to be confirmed by hiring manager)

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected; additional languages may be beneficial.
