The Opportunity:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with the development team to build a highly integrated system that connects various existing systems for data and service sharing. Your role will include building a software ecosystem to allow future business partners to contribute and benefit from this system. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding and significant experience with diverse software systems, databases, interfaces, and protocols, including both legacy and current technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and design solutions to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with external teams to integrate systems and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks between integrated systems, including database and network performance.
- Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Document software design, testing procedures, and results.
- Establish workarounds for integrating systems lacking proper documentation or APIs.
- Proactively identify integration issues and limitations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to partners with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience, including analysis, design, coding, and testing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in software development and system integration.
- Proficient in two or more programming languages (Java, C#, Python, C++, etc.).
- Familiar with Linux systems and shell scripts.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (REST APIs, message queues, service buses).
- Experience with containerization technologies (at least 2 years with Docker).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and PaaS solutions is a plus.
