Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team and Oracle’s cloud teams to provide strategic guidance aligned with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation focused on showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Define effective cloud solutions leveraging the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio to meet customer requirements.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through vision and technical architecture.
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional Oracle teams to assist customers in designing, adopting, and governing enterprise cloud architecture on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications:
- Technical fluency and strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking regarding business and technical challenges.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their potential applications across various business functions.
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role focused on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Relevant experience in technology and industry with a strong background in public cloud platforms.
- Preferred: Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications and familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles.
- Degree level education in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
