About the Job: As a Unity Developer at Analog AI, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing game functionality, building efficient game code, identifying performance bottlenecks, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Your expertise will contribute to creating immersive experiences that enrich human interactions with technology.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing strategy and development pipelines.
• Creating high-level designs and implementing game functionality.
• Designing and building game code.
• Identifying and fixing code errors and game bottlenecks.
• Testing game functionality and theme dynamics.
• Ensuring products meet high industry standards.
• Designing and building game patches and upgrades.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and product owners to identify tasks and priorities.
• Reviewing implementations to ensure adherence to coding guidelines and architecture.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Unity developer.
• Extensive knowledge of Unity software and best practices, including prefabs, asset bundles, and organized scene hierarchy.
• Significant experience in mobile game development.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in memory and space optimization.
• Familiarity with scripting, animation, session management, and textures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Advantages:

• Experience with AAA game titles.
• Background in building projects from scratch to production.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
