The Role:
As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you'll optimize our e-commerce company's cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability. Your role involves designing and implementing automated solutions and managing CI/CD pipelines. You'll monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous process improvement. With your expertise in AWS and DevOps principles, you'll drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS infrastructure to support our applications and services
- Collaborating with development teams to optimize applications for AWS deployment and performance.
- Implementing security measures and best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our data.
- Monitoring AWS resources, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing solutions for optimization.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for AWS-related issues.
What Excites Us:
- Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and ELK stack.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience in implementing security controls in AWS environments.
- Certification(s) in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.
