This role drives AI initiatives aligned with our business strategy, fosters innovation, and ensures Responsible AI practices. You will build partnerships, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
The AI Business Solutions Manager will boost the adoption of AI technologies across business units, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and innovation. You'll help cultivate new capabilities in pursuit of our goal for A Better Tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and technologies related to AI.
- Conduct research on the latest advancements in AI, focusing on Generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Identify opportunities for technology integration within systems, platforms, and processes.
- Establish guidelines for implementing Generative AI applications.
- Engage with clients and the developer community to explore new use cases.
- Participate in and facilitate webinars, workshops, and training sessions on Generative AI.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required:
- Proven experience in managing digital transformation programs and technology applications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technology trends and their business implications.
Education Requirements:
- A bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Language Requirements:
