Responsibilities
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure our solutions align with their needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Define effective cloud solutions leveraging the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value.
- Orchestrate cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers design and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Your Experience
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and experience in customer-facing roles focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Relevant experience with public cloud platforms and potential certifications.
