Job Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions utilizing cutting-edge AI technology to solve real-world challenges across various fields.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to promote collaboration and achieve successful project outcomes.
- Act as a bridge between client requirements and the technical execution of AI projects.
- Create and implement strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering AI solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments of emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate advanced innovations into project strategies.
- Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, collaborating closely with sales and business development teams to expand the AI solutions portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and delivering AI and technology projects.
- Previous consulting experience, ideally from a top consulting firm (MBB: McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a history of successfully guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A technical background in AI or a related field, with a comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, technology, or a related field.
