Junior Product Growth Analyst

As a Junior Product Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for building data-driven strategies and products, as well as extracting and analyzing data to identify new growth opportunities for the business. Bayut & dubizzle are iconic, homegrown brands with a strong presence across the seven emirates in the UAE, connecting millions of users nationwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantitative analysis and present data to recommend improvements for driving growth.
• Understand user interaction with our products and simplify concepts to collaborate with development teams on various projects.
• Analyze the business model and user funnels to identify necessary changes for growth.
• Define OKRs and roadmap for initiatives and experiments.
• Plan and perform A/B experiments and track their results.
• Stay updated on the latest technology and standards.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Maths, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar field.
• 1-2 years of experience working with SQL.
• Experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and quantitative analysis tools.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, marketing, and technology.
• Ability to address unstructured business questions and independently drive projects to conclusion.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and a positive team player attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
