Position

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Data Control Manager to lead a document, records, and information management (DRIM) team. This role involves analyzing, recommending, mapping, and implementing work processes through to project completion. The successful candidate will implement, support, and troubleshoot the Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS), develop metrics, prepare progress reports, and assist with training, assessments, and improvements.

Bechtel has extensive experience in managing complex airport projects globally and is eager to take part in major infrastructure projects in Riyadh. This position serves as an expression of interest for potential project management consultancy services in aviation or similar sectors should a project be awarded to Bechtel.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large project document, records, and information management team.
  • Collaborate with customer teams, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective data management.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports and conduct assessments to ensure continual improvement.
  • Establish records formats as required by contract and storage methods.
  • Implement ongoing process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with customer and contractor document control teams and collaborative systems.
  • Ability to manage a multicultural and diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) - proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution implementation.
  • Good interpersonal skills for providing user support and interacting with project leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
