Senior Java Engineer - E&C

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of front-end gateway (based on Traefik) and Cache-Proxy.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, DevOps, QA, and teammates to achieve objectives.
• Promote technology best practices within the team and conduct code reviews for peers.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of back-end software development experience using the Java programming language.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in gateway technologies such as infora.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Familiarity with software frameworks and design patterns.
• Knowledge of message brokers, relational databases, and micro-services.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Traefik and Kubernetes (K8s) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Golang is also a plus.
