BCG Platinion, part of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) network, is seeking an IT Consultant to focus on the development and implementation of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions. The role involves addressing the critical challenges of migration to the SAP S/4HANA solution, particularly in light of the ECC end-of-life maintenance. You'll work on local and international customer projects, developing superior, business value-driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps.
At BCG Platinion, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technology platforms and customized solutions, helping clients navigate their total digital transformation. The ideal candidate will embody the "BCG Platinion Spirit" with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in strategic ERP, HCM, CRM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing projects.
- Experience with both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Industry expertise in Oil & Gas, Energy, Heavy Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of core S/4HANA modules and broader SAP industry-specific solutions, add-ons, and analytical tools.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end ERP processes.
- Familiarity with SAP analytics tools.
- Successfully delivered at least one large SAP implementation.

- Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
