Knowledge Analyst (Implementation) - Operations

As a Knowledge Analyst (Implementation Specialist) within Boston Consulting Group's (BCG) Operations Practice Area, you will be part of a growing global team that delivers value to clients through expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets such as tools, data, workshops, and frameworks. You will contribute to client cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights, supporting business development efforts, and participating in workshops onsite with clients.

In this role, you will support large implementation programs, enhancing competitive advantage for clients by improving their operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end operations processes and workflows.
• Implementing lean and sustainable manufacturing principles and practices.
• Monitoring process performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Analyzing procurement processes to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in a large corporate setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and methodologies such as lean and Six Sigma is preferred.
