About
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Project Leader to focus on Cybersecurity within the Tech & Digital Advantage sector in the Middle East locations of Riyadh and Dubai.

As a Project Leader at BCG, you will lead complex Cybersecurity client engagements, synthesizing BCG’s collective intelligence into innovative strategies. You will architect transformative solutions that ensure alignment at every stage of the project, while fostering long-term partnerships. Your role will require effective communication tailored for diverse audiences, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems with influence and diplomatic finesse. You will balance strategic guidance with hands-on project management to maintain high delivery standards and will champion team growth and development.

In this role, you will work on a wide array of Cybersecurity topics focused on delivering business value and developing organizational strategy. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on identifying information assets, organizing lines of defense, analyzing security threats, designing and implementing policies, transforming organizational security culture, assessing cyber resilience, and estimating risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in addressing clients' Cybersecurity challenges across various industries including technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and consumer goods.
  • Synthesize insights and guide analytical efforts to develop impactful solutions using BCG’s proprietary frameworks and tools.
  • Cultivate trust with high-level clients, delivering compelling, data-driven narratives and setting aspirational Cybersecurity visions.
  • Empower team autonomy while ensuring program delivery quality, managing timelines and scope effectively.
  • Promote professional growth and foster an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management intellectual capital for internal BCG or publication use.
  • Expect domestic and/or international travel of approximately 50-80% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in combined consulting and industry roles within Cybersecurity.
  • Expertise in defining security strategies, implementing business-driven cybersecurity management concepts and policies.
  • Proven experience with Industrial Control Systems/Operational Technology (ICS/OT) Cybersecurity preferred.
  • Advanced degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Mathematics preferred.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, ISO27001) are advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities to create transformative solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
