As a Senior Implementation Specialist in a Client Focused role within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will be part of a growing global team delivering value to clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets. Your contributions will include relevant analysis, insights, and supporting impactful business development efforts. You will engage with clients on-site, helping to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
The Operations Practice Area assists clients in creating competitive advantages by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. You will work on large capital projects, support process improvement initiatives, analyze and optimize engineering processes, implement standardization methodologies, and collaborate with engineering teams to align processes with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives in large capital projects.
- Analyze and optimize engineering processes for greater efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure process alignment.
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to case teams by creating and delivering impactful insights.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of consulting experience in construction, engineering, or process improvement; or 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or industrial management preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong experience in construction and engineering process management with skills in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Analytical and data-driven with a focus on actionable insights.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a client-focused Knowledge Team member, you will work closely with clients and internal BCG teams to enhance insights and deliver impactful results. You will collaborate with specialists across BCG, bringing expertise to the forefront of business development and client engagement efforts.
