About the Job
As a Manager of IT Security at Bupa Arabia, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding information security across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with security protocols, reporting on security-related matters, and documenting endpoint security processes and operational procedures. You will be tasked with identifying, addressing, and reporting information security incidents according to established policies and procedures.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all applications, software, and patches are updated in accordance with security best practices.
  • Establishing secure configurations for operational applications and database deployments, serving as the first line of defense.
  • Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and threat hunting on enterprise IT assets, ensuring vulnerabilities are mitigated.
  • Protecting system components and software from known vulnerabilities by applying vendor-supplied security patches.
  • Staying informed about the security landscape, emerging threats, and vulnerabilities, while recommending measures to mitigate security risks.
