Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will leverage extensive hands-on experience in big data analytics to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights. You will provide insightful data and actionable reports, translating complex data into clear business intelligence and recommendations. This role requires an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a comprehensive, accurate indicator system and monitoring framework based on business goals.
• Conduct in-depth thematic analysis of business issues to provide data support for operational decisions and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to extract data product requirements and promote the implementation of data products.
• Organize training and sharing sessions related to data technology concepts and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in digital currency, internet, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong logical analysis ability and data sensitivity to derive core results from extensive data.
• Proficiency in data extraction tools (e.g., SQL) and operational tools (e.g., Excel, PPT, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience promoting project execution across teams.

Language Requirements: Proficient language expression skills are essential, capable of independently writing business data analysis reports.
