About the Job
The Data Analytics team in Dubai is scaling, and we are seeking exceptional talents with high data analytics expertise. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development of a big data warehouse to generate impactful business insights using Tableau. Your strong analytical skills will be instrumental in interpreting large volumes of data to address complex business challenges, particularly within the cryptocurrency, derivatives, trading, and financial services domains. We offer a relocation package to those relocating to Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish a comprehensive and accurate indicator system to support daily operational needs and business decisions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis using advanced data tools (SQL, Python, Tableau), translating complex findings into actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to optimize key business workflows.
• Monitor industry trends and deliver regular competitor reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong logical analysis abilities and data sensitivity, enabling you to extract core results from massive datasets and identify deep changes and root causes.
• Proficiency in data extraction tools such as SQL, and skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Excellent logical thinking, language expression abilities, and capability to independently write business data analysis reports.
• Strong business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and models, with the ability to identify business opportunities from a development perspective.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, along with experience leading cross-functional and cross-team projects to promote successful execution.
