About The Team
We are committed to creating globally competitive products for ByteDance; to enhance efficiency and thereby reducing costs. Within our team, we focus on 1) building a comprehensive global Procurement system, and 2) an efficient global Travel service platform for all ByteDancers.
We work towards the goal of creating a differentiated product and making an impact by exploring industry-leading practices and innovating through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work on and apply cutting-edge AI technologies to business contexts, e.g. Large Language Model (LLM) or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Contribute to the overall system design and code quality improvement.
- Improve product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis and tuning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Asia.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 2 years of proven experience in software engineering, architecture design related roles.
- Familiarity and proven experience in applying LLM technologies, and possessing strong complex system design/architecture skills.
- Experience with one of the following general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Golang, Java, and Python.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in English.
